Pictures for the Weekend!

Well, the end of the summer is upon us, and all good things must come to an end. I said goodbye and see you later to my friends at Bamfield Marine Sciences Centre on friday, and set off on the first leg of my trip back to the interior of British Columbia and to the commercial diving that awaits me. What does this mean for you? It means a Picture Weekend update! Mostly because I packed my marine life identification books into the bottom of the car. This week was a nice line up of marine life from Barkley Sound and the game plan for the near future.

The Game Plan is pretty simple, I’m going to continue doing weekly updates and articles here, and I’ll be doing more commercial work, so that will begin to figure heavily into the mix. I’m also going to start doing more scientific and conservation articles, and definitely feature more from Neptune Canada. Ocean Tides, the official Cold Water Diver online store, will also be getting a massive update and refit. The goal is to reorganize it into a more easily navigable site and to have at least 1000 items available for sale by mid November. At the moment we have mugs, tshirts, mousepads, a few posters, iPhone and iPad covers, and a few fun items. Speakers, iPod covers, more posters and new templates are all in the works right now.

Now: The Pictures!

That’s the effort for this week, Good Luck and Good Diving!
